Giving cheerfully and sacrificially is one way a believer worships. Our ability to earn and to build wealth is not for our own selfish benefit, but to steward God’s resources well and model Jesus to others.

We believe strongly that our first responsibility in giving is to our local church. We encourage everyone to invest their time, talent and treasure in a local Gospel-centered congregation like Church at SouthWood.

We desire to be a living display of the good stuff of God. One way we do that is cheerfully giving God our “firstfruits.”  When we give, we honor God and remind ourselves from Whom the good things of life come.
